Can war be abolished? Paul Chappell, former army captain and Iraq War vet, claims in his new book that ending war is attainable in this century.

Chappell argues that empathy and love might actually be the most significant drivers of warfare. Could it be that our advanced technology could empower civilization to the end of warfare?
